At the end of the day, everyone agreed that, while the paddling was great, watching Mike playboat in a canoe was the very memorable. I look forward to running more rivers with you all soon.

On Tuesday February 27, 2007 Jeremy, Larry and Brandi headed up to the Merced River for their first time. None of them had run this section before, but with guidebooks in hand and advice from friends they were stoked to get on the water. With the overnight rain the river had risen from 561 cfs to 1310 cfs.
Before getting on the river Jeremy had an incident at a roadside port-a-potty!
Once on the river they experienced periods of sun, clouds, rain, hail and snow. Yes, this is the second time for Jeremy and Larry to be paddling during a snowfall.
Make sure your speakers are on before checking out the video below. It was a great day for some winter time paddling!
